Thanks to the openness and kindness of The Greens, my work is not under NDA and I can publicly present my work on these projects. I worked on two digital projects with human-centred design research conducted to find user insights.
I developed a design system based on MUI, and worked with agile developers to implement auto-layout optimised designs to effortlessly implement into code.
Brief: The current CRM for managing and creating events is significantly bottlenecking productivity for office admin and preventing events from being managed effectively due to outdated processes. We looked at creating a new UX-centric and accessible front-end for all types of users at The Greens to be able to create and manage events to be posted to the Greens website.
Brief: There is currently a lack of connection between Greens Volunteers and the branches. Volunteers with less time than others have little access to information about how they can get involved. With multiple more volunteer/user desires, we developed a front-end platform for volunteers to get more involved!
Thoughtworks is a global software consultancy -- I worked there as a UX Designer for a little over a year over multiple client projects.
Due to the nature of consultancy work and client confidentiality, I can not present my work on these projects publicly. I am happy to present my work in a private setting.
Delivered to the client a Design System and several user-flows and mobile UI designs for both Android and iOS respectively with another graduate designer for a new, unreleased digital identity platform. Additionally, contributed to responsibilities including; designing solutions in response to accessibility guidelines and user testing.

Performed a heavy user research study with multiple university personnel for a research clinic that serves the community via an online platform that required an overhaul. Performed client workshops, conducted user interviews, performed research synthesis (e.g. affinity mapping, personas, ethnographies, service blueprints).
