Brief: The current CRM system for managing and creating events is outdated for front-end users and lacks UX principles. We looked at creating a new UX-centric and accessible front-end for all types of users at The Greens to be able to create and manage events to be posted to the Greens website.
Brief: There is currently a lack of connection between Greens Volunteers and the branches. Volunteers with less time than others have little access to information about how they can get involved. With multiple more volunteer/user desires, we developed a front-end platform for volunteers to get more involved!

Delivered to the client a Design System and several user-flows and mobile UI designs for both Android and iOS respectively with another graduate designer for a new, unrelased product. Additionally, contributed to responsibilities including; designing solutions in response to accessibility guidelines and user testing.
Performed a heavy user research study with multiple university personnel for a research clinic that serves the community via an online platform that required an overhaul. Performed client workshops, conducted user interviews, performed research synthesis (e.g. affinity mapping, personas, ethnographies, service blueprints).
